At JRoc Tackle we want you to be totally satisfied with our products and services and do our best to provide the best customer experience we can possibly deliver. As part of this we understand that online shopping is a totally different experience to in store purchasing and there may be times and situations where you many need to return a product from our online fishing tackle store.
At JRoc Tackle we want to try and make the return process easy and simple for you and have written this easy returns policy to give you a clear understanding of your options and assist you in returning your product.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee
As JRoc Tackle wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase we provide a 30 day money back guarantee from the time you receive your goods.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your products and would like to return your items we will refund the cost of the item once it has been returned to JRoc Tackle.
Please understand that this 30 day refund policy does not apply to goods which have been used, dropped, broken or damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product in any way. All products must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.
We recommend that you return the product via signature post with insurance and that you prepay all postage and insurance. You assume any risk for lost, stolen or damaged goods during transit. JRoc Tackle will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure your goods.
When returning your purchase please include a copy of your receipt not only for proof of purchase but so we can reference your order easily when it is returned.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
