All orders (except Fishing Rods)
All orders (except Fishing Rods) placed online at www.jroctackle.com.au will be delivered via Australia Post (except where the order weight exceeds 22kg.) If your order exceeds 22kg you will have the following two options:
1: Reduce the weight of your cart by removing items and purchase the removed items in a separate transaction. Please be aware that you will pay two delivery fees, one fee for each transaction; or
2: Contact our Customer Support Team at email@example.com or via our Contact Us page, with a note itemising the products you wish to purchase, your details including a valid shipping address and your contact information. We will then contact you with a courier quote. If you would then like to proceed we will create an order and arrange for your order to be shipped via a courier service.
All Fishing Rods and Fishing Rod Combos
All Fishing Rods and Fishing Rod Combos (from our pre-combined Combo page only) will be delivered by Courier.
Couriered items (rods and combos) cannot be put into the shopping cart together with other items scheduled for delivery via Australia Post (all other items). They must be purchased and completed in separate transactions.
Where the order includes both fishing rod/s and other items (purchased in separated transactions), you will received two packages, one from Australia Post for all items except the fishing rod/s and the second package via Courier for the rod/s.
AUSTRALIA WIDE SHIPPING:
Free and Regular Shipping
Normal delivery times within Australia are 5-7 business days from the date of cleared funds (in some instances this can take longer depending on Australia Post)
Express shipping is an expedited premium service. Orders placed via the Express Post option will be delivered within 1-3 business days (depending on your location)
All our Omoto Rods are sent via Courier. We use Live Temando Integrated Systems to book the cheapest quote to your destination from their large range of carriers, including DHL, DPD, Fastaway, Hermes, Mainfreight, TNT and more. Once your item is booked, you will be emailed a consignment confirmation informing you of the carrier and other important shipping details.
Delivery times will vary depending on your location. Any quotations of delivery times are made in good faith but are estimates. JRoc Tackle shall not be bound by such quotation and will not be liable for any loss, expense, or other damage caused by any delay in delivery.
Please Note: Please ensure shipping delivery address is correct when placing your order.
For courier items only-you may specify delivery instructions for an order (for example, you may authorise the delivery agent to leave the products in a specified location if you are not at the delivery address)
JRoc Tackle will not be responsible for any order that is delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions but are not received, or for any missing goods if the delivery details provided were incorrect.
All packages will be marked from “JRoc Tackle”.

Changing or cancelling your order
Generally once your purchase has been dispatched we are unable to add to, remove from or modify your order. If an error has been made while ordering or your circumstances change please contact our Customer Support Team at email@example.com or via our Contact Us page and our friendly team will assist wherever possible.
To assist in your enquiry please ensure you quote your invoice order reference number when communicating with our Customer Service Team. Your invoice order reference number can be found within the order confirmation sent to you via email after placing your order (i.e. 012345).
